International Trade in Arms Regulations

We have no control over, or knowledge of, your particular use of our printed circuit boards and other products. Our products may be subject to the International Trade in Arms Regulations (“ITAR”), administered by the U.S. Department of State.   By ordering or purchasing products from Us, you agree to comply with our privacy policy and all applicable U.S. export control laws and regulations, including, without limitation, ITAR. Without limiting the foregoing, you agree that you will not transfer any export-controlled item to any foreign persons without the authority of an export license, agreement, or applicable exemption or exception from proper government authorities.

If you are engaged in the business of either exporting or manufacturing defense articles or furnishing defense services, you represent and warrant to Us that you are registered with the proper government authorities in accordance with ITAR and other applicable laws. You will be liable for all liabilities and expenses associated with your compliance and non-compliance with this Section, and you agree to indemnify BESTProto from all costs and expenses associated with third-party claims arising out of your non-compliance.

We have the discretion to update this privacy policy at any time. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. We encourage our clients to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal information we collect. Terms of Service

  1. Quotations are valid for 45 days from the date shown on the quote.
  2. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, the sale price shall be the price in effect on the date of shipment.
  3. Payment terms are Net 30-Days for accounts with established credit terms. Visa, MasterCard, and American Express are accepted forms of payment. Credit card charges are subject to a 3% payment fee. Invoices are not subject to set-offs.
  4. A minimum $150 export handling fee will be charged for all orders outside the US.
  5. Goods are FOB South Elgin, Illinois, 60177. Title to and responsibility for goods passes to Buyer upon Seller’s delivery to the carrier at South Elgin, Illinois 60177.
  6. Warranty for any defect in the goods or for failure of the goods to be as warranted is 180 days from the date of shipment on workmanship. During the warranty period, Seller shall remedy such defects by, at Seller’s option, adjustment, repair, or replacement of the item and any affected part of the goods. Buyer is responsible for inbound shipping costs and replacement parts. Alterations, touch-ups, or modifications to the assembly, printed circuit board, or components by Buyer or Buyer’s agent void the warranty. All other warranties, either express or implied, including warranties for merchantability and fitness, are disclaimed.
  7. Seller’s warranty does not extend to any item of the goods which has not been manufactured and sold by Seller; such items shall be covered only by the express warranty, if any, of the manufacturer of the item.
  8. Printed circuit board (PCB) Inspection per IPC A-610 standards.
  9. Liability of Seller shall not exceed Seller’s sale price. Seller is not liable for incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including lost profits.
  10. Seller’s Terms and Conditions are deemed incorporated into any Purchase Order of Buyer.
  11. Minimum charge for assembly services is $250.00.
  12. All Seller provider material is non-cancellable and non-returnable.
  13. If Seller’s performance is delayed or prevented by Buyer or other events outside of Seller’s reasonable control (such as acts of God, casualty, labor disturbance, strikes, riots, civil disturbance, inability to obtain supplies or transportation, explosion, flood, fire, power failure, embargos, boycotts, governmental or military action, war, terrorism, pandemic, delays in delivery of essential materials or semi-finished products, or any order modification by Buyer) then Buyer agrees to reimburse Seller for the additional costs incurred by Seller’s incident to such delay.
